THE AMERICAS

Cambodia, officially known as the Kingdom of Cambodia, is a country of unparalleled natural beauty, a rich spiritual history, and a cultural sense of strength and resilience in the face of decades of conflict. After the French occupation in the 1800s, conflict with the USA in the 1900s, and 20 years of suffering under the Khmer Rouge, the Cambodian spirit remains unbroken. Today, Cambodia is regaining its footing as a modern country, with a growing economy and rapidly stabilizing infrastructure.
